I have some reservations... As I have only just purchased I may raise or lower the stars accordingly. After purchasing the lifetime subscription I was firstly surprised to see adverts for the opportunity to purchase additional items in the form of e-books, for the lifetime price these should be part of the package. Secondly, after dismissing the adverts with the NO THANKS link they still remain the next time you load a page and constantly take up scree real estate, that's a a little bad form. That said, I did purchase the video unlock option, another unexpected purchase. As I said, this review may be altered up or down or added to at a later date.

Very deceiving tool Very deceiving tool. They subscribe you without making it obvious and the tool doesn't really offer anything useful. Its super hard to edit your meal plan.

I actually really like being on keto I actually really like being on keto! Tried it many times and decided to start it again as I always feel good while doing it and afterwards. This one surprised me with very interesting recipes that I haven't tried before. It's deffinitely worth it!

Though I've been trying to live and eat… Though I've been trying to live and eat healthier the past few years, I didn't know in details what each diet offers. With these diets I educated myself much and finally be able to choose the right one for me. I'm not doing it for losing weight but to feel healthy and confident in my body.

I'm at keto for 2 months I'm at keto for 2 months, I feel great, I'm feeling a lot of energy, my stomach is more flat, I'm eating vegetables, what's not a measure of broccoli, green peppers, salads, rocket, cauliflower.. I don't have hunger attacks, even after my HIIT workouts!!!
