Your keto diet promises a personalised… Your keto diet promises a personalised diet tailored to you but does not deliver. The recipes provided are not complete meals and it seems to be just randomly generated. Some of the recipes are not even keto friendly. I found when looking at my weekly meal plan, there were some days where there was a single 170g chicken breast for a dinner meal. I can't express how disappointed I am with the dishonest advertising of this app and "personalised diet plan". Also, even though I asked for a refund the next day, in the terms and conditions it states that I have waived my right to a refund by downloading the app, even though I didn't know how dishonest, misleading and terrible the app would be. Avoid at all costs. Edit to reply: I was unsubscribed by one of your team after I requested my money back so my guess is you removed me from your system.

Today starts Hi, I just starting today, The support team responded quickly, but, the app needs to be easy to change the language sometimes, because you can get a mistake. Also, I want to know the time for the Breakfast, snake, lunch and dinner. And, I want to know when I check the weight. Thank you Thank you

I've decided to follow a vegan diet I've decided to follow a vegan diet. The recipes I received are terrific, and the whole meal plan looks fantastic. It's encouraging to see that businesses are now considering us vegans, as it's always harder to find diet plans that don't include meat or dairy.

I actually really like being on keto I actually really like being on keto! Tried it many times and decided to start it again as I always feel good while doing it and afterwards. This one surprised me with very interesting recipes that I haven't tried before. It's deffinitely worth it!
