Secondly, after dismissing the adverts with the NO THANKS link they still remain the next time you load a page and constantly take up scree real estate, that's a a little bad form. That said, I did purchase the video unlock option, another unexpected purchase. As I said, this review may be altered up or down or added to at a later date.

The recipes provided are not complete meals and it seems to be just randomly generated. Some of the recipes are not even keto friendly. I found when looking at my weekly meal plan, there were some days where there was a single 170g chicken breast for a dinner meal. I can't express how disappointed I am with the dishonest advertising of this app and "personalised diet plan". Also, even though I asked for a refund the next day, in the terms and conditions it states that I have waived my right to a refund by downloading the app, even though I didn't know how dishonest, misleading and terrible the app would be. Avoid at all costs. Edit to reply: I was unsubscribed by one of your team after I requested my money back so my guess is you removed me from your system.
