A great business owner Kim has become a friend. She is the epitome of a great business owner. The fabric I picked was discontinued and she immediately sent pictures of some new samples. Then, she followed up with a phone call. I've been purchasing her bandanas for years with 100% satisfaction! The pooches in our family are admired by all in their respective neighborhoods!

The bandanna is so cute - Company is great The bandanna is so cute, but you can't see his name in white at all. Black would have been a better choice to make it stand out. Disappointed in the personalizing. UPDATE. This company cares. The owner saw my review and sent me a new bandanna with a very visible embroidery across it. Super cute, and great personalization. Over the top customer service! I ordered 2 face masks. I wanted some with a little bit of character. These are very well made and the fabrics are wonderful. A slight complaint as one is noticeably larger than the other. As a smaller adult, the size does make a difference. We will alter a little bit on the larger item. Overall very satisfied just wish they were both the size of the smaller item. I wanted to follow up on the great customer service! Although I gave a good initial review that mentioned one of the masks was a bit large. Within days 2 new masks were delivered. Awesome! I never expected that but really appreciate the willingness to go above expectations! Great job!!
