Misleading I decided to watch the video on Seniorly's website. At 21 seconds, they indicate, "without requiring you to give out your personal information...". So I clicked on the button to get pricing of a facility I was interested in. The third question asked for my full name and the next question asked for my email address. I closed the web page immediately. If you cannot be honest in your marketing video, I cannot trust your organization.

The Seniorly team The Seniorly team, starting with Andrew Barrett, Amanda and Cindy (I think that is her name), is amazing, prompt, courteous, and VERY knowledgeable. The nurses have a vast amount of experience in geriatric care and knowledge of the facilities in the Tampa Bay Area. Call the facility and not the pricing phone number. I liked that it showed pictures and looked nice, but if you call the number for pricing you are NOT talking to the facility. The facility prices are much cheaper than those listed on this website because they are charging a fee for you to use them. Also some of the amenities listed on their site are not correct. Seniorly is misrepresenting Senior living facilities, I would recommend you call the facility directly and bypass Seniorly.
