GBI love that the recipes are for a… I love that the recipes are for a single person but I can easily double so that I can give my husband the same meal. I do substitute some grains (really do not like buckwheat but brown rice works) I wish I could search recipes. There are a few that I had early in the program and before I knew about the favorite button. They just haven't popped up again. Best of all and most important I've lost weight and my BP is now where it should be, avoiding medication with diet and exercise!

GBI cancelled my subscription I cancelled my subscription within a week of signing up. I thought all was good, but I just received my credit card Bill to discover a renewal fee. The only contact I can seem to find is via email. I want to speak to a real person. No renewal notice was sent via email or I would have made sure to cancel again.

GBI love this app because I live alone… I love this app because I live alone and so many times the recipes are for 4 people. I love that the recipes are for one so I can have variety and not have to eat the same thing 4 days in a row. Also the food is budget friendly nothing weird (except nutritional yeast yuck lol) and it works for weight loss and my blood pressure has come down 30 points. Also love the medication reminders.

GBNot a helpful meal planner This was completely useless to me. No ability to easily print menu plan or recipes. They suggested that I screen print which isn't helpful because it doesn't fit on one screen. Can only plan from their limited menu choices. No option to add your own meal. They offered to cancel my subscription, but no refund. UPDATE: I contacted them again and have received a refund.

GBApp is good, but wouldn’t work for me. The app contains some good stuff, but it didn’t work for me due to the menu plan that had too much grain, and it’s fairly fixed, making it somewhat expensive to comply. I didn’t find the BP monitoring or fitness useful, as I use other systems that are more automated. I recently tried a similar diet plan, and I ended up in the hospital with a blocked intestine - my system can handle some grain, but not the quantity suggested. It will let you lose weight, and help your medical numbers. I requested a refund within the 14 day window, and the company issued the refund without any problems. You do need to supply proof of payment - it was easy. Should you consider it? I needed more flexibility, but it may be right for you.
