GBI love this app because I live alone⦠I love this app because I live alone and so many times the recipes are for 4 people. I love that the recipes are for one so I can have variety and not have to eat the same thing 4 days in a row. Also the food is budget friendly nothing weird (except nutritional yeast yuck lol) and it works for weight loss and my blood pressure has come down 30 points. Also love the medication reminders.

GBThis app came along when I really needed it This app came along right when I began having serious heart issues. I began having to take heart meds, diuretics and various blood pressure meds. Right off the bat the medication reminder feature was a huge help in getting me used to this new medication schedule. There are meal planners w/recipes and workouts that are specifically for you based on what you chose. There are so many more features that I haven't even been able to read up on yet, but I'm so looking forward to. I highly recommend this app even if all you want to do is just be healthier. It couldn't be laid out any easier. It's very user friendly and free, so there's really no excuse.

GBNot a helpful meal planner This was completely useless to me. No ability to easily print menu plan or recipes. They suggested that I screen print which isn't helpful because it doesn't fit on one screen. Can only plan from their limited menu choices. No option to add your own meal. They offered to cancel my subscription, but no refund. UPDATE: I contacted them again and have received a refund.

IEUseless app They make it nearly impossible to cancel your subscription. Actually a useless app

GBI love this app I love this app. I continued my subscription after a year. This heart health program works for me for so many reasons, though my favorite daily use are the healthy meals. I have the flexibility to change out meals, and the grocery list will automatically update. I can the calendar and select dates (a few days, a full week etc.) for groceries that syncs with the meals. At first, it was a bit of a learning curve to cook grains but I've invested in a microwave steamer that will cook pasta, and grains. There are flexibility to choose cook & prep menus that take 15 minutes, 30 minutes etc. I like the 15 minute option. The recipes, in my opinion, are excellent as it is an eye opener what it takes to eat vegetables & fruits, and proportions. I find myself mostly in the produce department as lots of the other items on the lists are in the pantry such as spices, dry grains, oatmeal. Yes, eggs, & lean meats are on the menu. There are dietary menu restrictions available, if applies to you, you can omit those ingredients from your meal plan such as fish, quinoa etc. Also. I can record my blood pressure, heart rate, steps, and when check off a meal it automatically counts your calories. Sometimes I forget to record all the data but I am aware as I'm in my healthy zone with both normal blood pressure and heart rate. I use a Fitbit to keep track of my steps so if no time to do any of the brief exercises on this app walking counts! I no longer fret or stress what to make for meals, and grocery shopping is quick!
