GBFor my health issue For my health issue, the app was not as useful as expected. I too tried to cancel the 6 month subscription that I purchased. I didn’t even try to get a refund for that period. Now 6 months later I see another charge. I reached out to customer support to explain that I didn’t even utilize the app during the first subscription and tried to cancel it. I inquired if I could get a refund for the new charges. They refused to refund the second charge. I hadn’t used the app since the 1st week months ago. I definitely would not recommend just based on the customer support even if the product worked for me. I am very disappointed with this experience.

CAMy honest review for Cardi Health This app is pretty much reliable for monitoring and managing cardiovascular diseases. It is also has a feature which reminded me when to take my medication and I ma really grateful for it. Moreover, it helped me achieve my goals for healthy living through it diet plans. It also has a user friendly interface which made it easy to use. I really loved it and highly recommend it.

GBNo ability to scale recipes I just began using the app, and while I like the reminders to track vitals & the recipe ideas, they need to be scalable to be useful. As it is, the shopping list for one week assumes you make a zillion different recipes once - rather than buying in bulk. Of course, I can do the calculations myself, but it would've been an easy fix for the programmers. Sure wish I'd been able to see the features before purchasing. :(

GBI love this app I love this app. I continued my subscription after a year. This heart health program works for me for so many reasons, though my favorite daily use are the healthy meals. I have the flexibility to change out meals, and the grocery list will automatically update. I can the calendar and select dates (a few days, a full week etc.) for groceries that syncs with the meals. At first, it was a bit of a learning curve to cook grains but I've invested in a microwave steamer that will cook pasta, and grains. There are flexibility to choose cook & prep menus that take 15 minutes, 30 minutes etc. I like the 15 minute option. The recipes, in my opinion, are excellent as it is an eye opener what it takes to eat vegetables & fruits, and proportions. I find myself mostly in the produce department as lots of the other items on the lists are in the pantry such as spices, dry grains, oatmeal. Yes, eggs, & lean meats are on the menu. There are dietary menu restrictions available, if applies to you, you can omit those ingredients from your meal plan such as fish, quinoa etc. Also. I can record my blood pressure, heart rate, steps, and when check off a meal it automatically counts your calories. Sometimes I forget to record all the data but I am aware as I'm in my healthy zone with both normal blood pressure and heart rate. I use a Fitbit to keep track of my steps so if no time to do any of the brief exercises on this app walking counts! I no longer fret or stress what to make for meals, and grocery shopping is quick!
