GBMy 82 year old mother ordered from… My 82 year old mother ordered from them, information to lower cholesterol. I told her to just search in Google so the next day she canceled it. They refused to give her a refund and kept her money, $66.00! Four emails asking for a refund and they just kept saying they didn’t have her information and refused to issue a refund. No contact phone information. Stay away from this company!!🤬

GBI'm currently in love with this app I'm currently in love with this app. It makes it tremendously easy to keep track of my daily health and clearly sets out every aspect of my medical treatment. The meal planning and shopping list functions of the app were really helpful to me. This software even keeps track of my heart rate, blood pressure, cholesterol, and weight! Sincerely, I've never used a tool that is more thorough or intuitive to use. I thought it was fantastic and strongly suggest it.

GBI love this app I love this app. I continued my subscription after a year. This heart health program works for me for so many reasons, though my favorite daily use are the healthy meals. I have the flexibility to change out meals, and the grocery list will automatically update. I can the calendar and select dates (a few days, a full week etc.) for groceries that syncs with the meals. At first, it was a bit of a learning curve to cook grains but I've invested in a microwave steamer that will cook pasta, and grains. There are flexibility to choose cook & prep menus that take 15 minutes, 30 minutes etc. I like the 15 minute option. The recipes, in my opinion, are excellent as it is an eye opener what it takes to eat vegetables & fruits, and proportions. I find myself mostly in the produce department as lots of the other items on the lists are in the pantry such as spices, dry grains, oatmeal. Yes, eggs, & lean meats are on the menu. There are dietary menu restrictions available, if applies to you, you can omit those ingredients from your meal plan such as fish, quinoa etc. Also. I can record my blood pressure, heart rate, steps, and when check off a meal it automatically counts your calories. Sometimes I forget to record all the data but I am aware as I'm in my healthy zone with both normal blood pressure and heart rate. I use a Fitbit to keep track of my steps so if no time to do any of the brief exercises on this app walking counts! I no longer fret or stress what to make for meals, and grocery shopping is quick!

CAPretty disappointed with the diet Pretty disappointed with the diet. Limited options for each meal and uninspired recipes. Where is the variety of meals? no flavor to the recipes. Turkey with vegetables was yucky. I can't just have smoothies for the morning and evening snacks. also 1300 calories is not enough. As well I found it impossible to search for recipes. I am not a vegetarian, but enjoy variety, and I knew there were veggie/bean options, but suddenly could not find them. Will be un-subscribing.

GBCardi Health is primarily concerned… Cardi Health is primarily concerned with receiving your renewal. I stopped using the app a month after subscribing. There are muck better apps that are available for free or less money. Cardi doesn’t inform its customers when the automatic renewal is taking place. Once they have your money they will inform of the fine print in the agreement. My advice is not to subscribe to this app. If you do subscribe to Cardi make sure to cancel right away. At least that way you will hear from them at renewal. Cardi Health is basically a scam with poor business ethics desperate to take your money. Buyer beware!
