GBI love that the recipes are for a… I love that the recipes are for a single person but I can easily double so that I can give my husband the same meal. I do substitute some grains (really do not like buckwheat but brown rice works) I wish I could search recipes. There are a few that I had early in the program and before I knew about the favorite button. They just haven't popped up again. Best of all and most important I've lost weight and my BP is now where it should be, avoiding medication with diet and exercise!

GBBad experience I feel like I have been taken advantage of by Cardi Health. I want to cancel my membership and get my money back. I have not read one review that was good.

GBNo ability to scale recipes I just began using the app, and while I like the reminders to track vitals & the recipe ideas, they need to be scalable to be useful. As it is, the shopping list for one week assumes you make a zillion different recipes once - rather than buying in bulk. Of course, I can do the calculations myself, but it would've been an easy fix for the programmers. Sure wish I'd been able to see the features before purchasing. :(

CAPretty disappointed with the diet Pretty disappointed with the diet. Limited options for each meal and uninspired recipes. Where is the variety of meals? no flavor to the recipes. Turkey with vegetables was yucky. I can't just have smoothies for the morning and evening snacks. also 1300 calories is not enough. As well I found it impossible to search for recipes. I am not a vegetarian, but enjoy variety, and I knew there were veggie/bean options, but suddenly could not find them. Will be un-subscribing.

GBI love this app I love this app. I continued my subscription after a year. This heart health program works for me for so many reasons, though my favorite daily use are the healthy meals. I have the flexibility to change out meals, and the grocery list will automatically update. I can the calendar and select dates (a few days, a full week etc.) for groceries that syncs with the meals. At first, it was a bit of a learning curve to cook grains but I've invested in a microwave steamer that will cook pasta, and grains. There are flexibility to choose cook & prep menus that take 15 minutes, 30 minutes etc. I like the 15 minute option. The recipes, in my opinion, are excellent as it is an eye opener what it takes to eat vegetables & fruits, and proportions. I find myself mostly in the produce department as lots of the other items on the lists are in the pantry such as spices, dry grains, oatmeal. Yes, eggs, & lean meats are on the menu. There are dietary menu restrictions available, if applies to you, you can omit those ingredients from your meal plan such as fish, quinoa etc. Also. I can record my blood pressure, heart rate, steps, and when check off a meal it automatically counts your calories. Sometimes I forget to record all the data but I am aware as I'm in my healthy zone with both normal blood pressure and heart rate. I use a Fitbit to keep track of my steps so if no time to do any of the brief exercises on this app walking counts! I no longer fret or stress what to make for meals, and grocery shopping is quick!
