Almost Perfect From the first connection via whats-app and the consultation i was impressed, not over pushy and after reading the reviews i felt comfortable opting for Anatomica. The hotel is nice, the surgery itself wasn't at all as bad as first envisioned. Mild discomfort, but all carried out in a professional way. My ONLY negative is i was left without a lift to the airport for a early flight so had to book a cab which cost £40, my contact decided to ghost me on whats-app - so it left a bit of a bad taste after what was otherwise a very good Spencerian. The follow through and after sales needs to be looked at a little and fine tuned.

treatment was really good but... treatment was really good everyone was super nice and everything was pretty much as advertised. except for the fact that hair really didn't grow as advertised from all the hair they planted i really thought it was going to be better but i look at before and after picture and not much there and i would say they might agree with me as no one bother to contact me after i sent them the 1 year post picture( total silence) my one star is mostly for lack of checking after the fact but they wanted me to do a video mediately after surgery and if you notice all the videos are just that " mediately after surgery" i had a previous surgery and doct checked on me every 4 month that's caring!

The Level of Care received and… The Level of Care received and attention to detail was Exceptional over the 3 days i attended the Clinic(far better than i had expected) the Hotel Unfortunately was a real Shithole, with Peelng Wallpaper a TV that didn't Work and a faulty lift (we was on the 4th floor and my wife's expecting) not to mention the Non Operational extractor fan in the bathroom (which i was told is essential for bathing after FUE) however even after the above i would still recommend Anatomica over others, but it would be advisable to fix this hotel problem, it maybe a good idea to let the customers choose their own accommodation and knock it off the treatment bill.

Amazing Customer support what I liked the most during my experience with Anatomica was the amazing support me and my family got from Baha that helped solving all of my doubts/questions very fast, always kind, friendly and professional. I´m quite sure Baha´s attention was an imperative for my decision making to go through a hair implant as he helped to understand the whole process as well as to organize everything end to end. I truly recommend Anatomica to all people that are interested on having hair transplant. The staff works in a very coordinated way and have great experience. The only reason I do not give 5 stars is because volume of anesthesia was not enough to prevent me from feeling pain (I think they should have considered my age, weight, metabolism and exercices dynamics to calculate volume).

This review is based on an Inquiry… This review is based on an Inquiry only...I contacted them via whattsapp and whoever I was speaking to was very sarcastic. when I made a justifiable suggestion, the person asked if I was a transplant expert.. I said no i wasn't..he then asked why I was specifying a graft number.Whilst making an Inquiry this sarcastic behaviour in my opinion is not needed and has put me off these people I have the conversation and will be posting it on there FB comments section..
