The worse experience ever The worse experience ever. Went through an entire questionnaire and they wanted to charge my credit card outrageous fees when there’s only a $5 copay

Fraudulent billing. Beeare I had two appointments totalling less than five minutes for an ear infection and doctor note. Prior to the appointment i verified that my Medicare advantage plan had a zero copay for telehealth. I verified with helix that the copay was zero as well. However even though insurance paid several hundred dollars they took a total of $128 from my cashapp and bank account even though i never provided my checking account information or debit card number. Despite dozens of calls and emails its been impossible to reach a person. Theyre billing me at an effective rate of $1400 hourly above the $3200 hourly received from medicare.

Fraudulent/Deceitful Business Practices On 3/11 I set up an appt for a refill for a steroid. I entered in the EXACT DETAILS of the prescription yhat needed to be refilled-- 50 mgs for 7 days. The site said the cost would not exceed $95 or $99, but they took insurance. My insurance was listed so I entered in my info. I then asked that they confirm the charges as there were several #'s on my insurance card and I wanted to make sure I entered the correct one. The next morning on 3/12, my appt was picked up by a Dr. Michael Wasef. Instead of 50 mgs for 7 days, I received 40 mgs for 5 (i initially didnt notice the 5 days). No explanation and no questions asked of me before not fulfilling the request, and I was charged $86 -- but no receipt for the charges or insurance processing. I reached out, someone called me the same day about the prescription ONLY, and bumped up the prescription to the 50 mgs. I picked up the prescription and once I got home I saw that there was only a 5 day supply and not 7. Reached out again, advising my condition was aggressive and I needed the full prescription. I included a photo of my previous prescription bottle AND informed them that the prescription was filled at the same pharmacy so it could be easily validated. I also advised I was still waiting on my receipt and insurance billing and that it had been 3 days now and shouldn't take this long. This is when the silence began and they started their MO of ignoring me as they have done to others based on the prior reviews here. I emailed them again advising if I didn't receive what I paid for, I was filing a fraud claim and leaving negative reviews on every platform possible. Still no response. I should have read the reviews here, not sure why I did not but this will never happen again. Attached are the emails I exchanged with the team that were subsequently ignored. Helix Team, do not reach out to me asking I change this review as I will not be doing so. All of this is the truth. You can also save your canned response you make on every review here. It's an insult to the customers you've virtually ignored whom you were enlisted to help because of your ineptness and laziness. I have all the emails I sent to the team that were ignored. There are also screen shots showing there is still no billing or insurance info that per their site..was to be provided 24-48 hours after your visit. Unable to post here, but was posted on Google reviews.
