Great Staff in a Facility Still Finding It's Footing I can't say enough about the staff that works at Beachhouse. They did a great job working with me during my detox. The facility is new and still finding it's footing which makes for some confusion and friction. But overall I would say that it's 3 to 4 stars.

My Father was transferred from the… My Father was transferred from the hospital to this inadequate facility. After spending over six hours with no water, medication or food we had him emergency transferred back to the hospital. He was told to SHUT UP by one of the employees when he asked for his medication and some water. This place is a complete disaster and should be shut down. I get it health care professionals are extremely over worked/stressed etc. with COVID-19 and my heart goes out to all the good health care professionals. But to treat anyone worse than an animal is disgusting and unprofessional. People need to know how this place operates. If you do not like your job get a new one. By the way I never write reviews.

Taking my daughter to the hospital and … Taking my daughter to the hospital and refusing to pick her back up. Not clear of "whose" responsibility she was at the time. I pulled her out because of gross negligence and no confidence they would keep her safe. Upon discharge we received no information of what medication she was taking and received no medication to go home after I paid out of pocket for prescriptions. Failed to return all belongings she came in with. To date I still have no medical records I requested. Stolen items throughout her stay. Would not recommend sending a loved one out of state to this facility. There is no communication as to what goes on in an emergency and hospital stay. After visiting I regret ever sending her there.

Beach House saved my life I spent 110 days at Beach House. I went through detox, residential treatment, PHP and IOP. It was hands down the best decision I could ever have made. The staff was caring and understanding. The facility was clean, the classes were educational and informative. You DO have to do the work. I did, and I'll never regret it. Excellent experience. THANK YOU BEACH HOUSE!!

GOING TO BEACHOUSE WAS THE BEST CHOICE … GOING TO BEACHOUSE WAS THE BEST CHOICE I HAVE MADE IN MY ADULT LIFE!! I was on a downward spiral had lost the love and trust of everyone I cared about and now not even one year later yet and my relationships are beginning to get back to the way they were and I’m living a life I never thought I would be able to.
