So perfect! I've been using Nutriential really well since 2021. There are a lot of premium vitamin brands here. First of all, I'm surprised that the shipping is fast. I live in New Jersey and usually get a delivery in 2-3 days after I order. Only one item I ordered once was out of stock, and I've received a refund, and all other than that, it's so perfect. Besides, sometimes the promo code they send me makes me so happy.

I ordered supplements worth nearly… I ordered supplements worth nearly $200, and it took two weeks until I received a tracking number from USPS. My guess is that the products are shipped from a warehouse in China or a similar location, which is why the shipping takes a long time. It altogether took three weeks for my parcel to arrive in Peru, after which it went missing. I sent an email to their customer support, and they advised me to contact customs. Customs told me that they didn't have my package, and after calling the local airport, I lodged a complaint with our local post office, who had previously claimed they didn't have my parcel. Today, I finally received my order. So, it's not a scam, but it does take a long time to arrive.

Happy with my purchase I'm in Canada and I was ordering some products we can't get up here. Communication from nutriessentials was great and shipping was just as quick as some larger US businesses I have ordered from. I was a bit nervous since I had read some bad reviews after I had impulsively made my purchase but I have zero complaints and will definitely be ordering from them again.

Ms. King reached out to me noting that she is the director and provided me a clear explanation due that the were late in replying coz of some issue they were facing. We exchanged lots of emails, but she ensured that my issue was addressed properly. I even had a call from someone called Kevin to double check on my address issue. Honestly, they were great and it was nothing close to a spam company since I received my wobenzyn that I had been struggling to find in stock on other platforms. Scam company - update You asked me to provide my order number - it's 54971, Maisie Joseph, I ordered physicians elemental drink - you would know this, because i have been emailing for weeks, so it's funny how you "can't find my details" LOOK IN YOUR INBOX FOR THE EMAILS UNASSISTED... Your support team is available 24/7? Funny that, as I have not received any sort of refund/response to where is my item, in weeks. Seems you only care about reviews, as I've got a response to my review, but no assistance with the emails I've been sending. The same email address that are on your site. So you are lying, there is no 24/7 customer service, there's not even customer service. The last response I got weeks ago was that, as it was in the UK apparently, I would have to attempt to locate/sort it - no idea where it is, to do so, and my local customs has got nothing, neither has my local or UK wide postal services. You said I might have to pay taxes, when I already paid for taxes in my order which totalled 192 dollars - again, I've had no request from anyone to pay taxes!!!!!! The product is 130, through a verified site, which I wish I would have gone with but didn't know they existed, you charged me 192 and then apparently are suggesting you didn't pay the taxes for it! I have no idea, I have received no item, no letter, nothing. For anyone thinking of this site, I urge you to look elsewhere, contact the exact manufacturer of the product you are looking for and ask them for verified suppliers.
