CAI ordered probiotics from them December… I ordered probiotics from them December 23 2023 and to date have not received them been over 2 months. Sent 16 emails that they reply to but always say they forwarded to concerned department and the give an excuse, apologize and say customer service is top priority lol. Asked for money back and the said they don’t do refunds. $152 USD After posting this review someone got in touch with me and promised to resend the product asap. It finally arrived 3 weeks later. Ordered December 23rd received after much aggravation March 18, 2024

CAI ordered about a month ago and still… I ordered about a month ago and still no package. I tried to cancel my order but I haven't gotten a response. The last time I emailed I got an automated reply a week later. Don't order from this site.

AUI have placed an order on 10th of… I have placed an order on 10th of March. They stated the product was in stock online (other sites did not have it online). I followed up 31st of March and they said the product was not in stock. I complained and asked for my money back. So far today, I have not had a reply, nor received a refund nor the product.

GBOrder stuck in Limbo I ordered a Douglas Laboratories DIM Enhanced supplement a few weeks ago, and although I was charged there has been no notification of shipment and now the product is listed as unavailable. I reached out to customer service for assistance and have received no response for days. Very frustrating as this supplement has helped me quite a bit.
