I live in New Jersey and usually get a delivery in 2-3 days after I order. Only one item I ordered once was out of stock, and I've received a refund, and all other than that, it's so perfect. Besides, sometimes the promo code they send me makes me so happy.

Honestly, they were great and it was nothing close to a spam company since I received my wobenzyn that I had been struggling to find in stock on other platforms. I have placed an order on 10th of… I have placed an order on 10th of March. They stated the product was in stock online (other sites did not have it online). I followed up 31st of March and they said the product was not in stock. I complained and asked for my money back. So far today, I have not had a reply, nor received a refund nor the product.

Order stuck in Limbo I ordered a Douglas Laboratories DIM Enhanced supplement a few weeks ago, and although I was charged there has been no notification of shipment and now the product is listed as unavailable. I reached out to customer service for assistance and have received no response for days. Very frustrating as this supplement has helped me quite a bit.
