We exchanged lots of emails, but she ensured that my issue was addressed properly. I even had a call from someone called Kevin to double check on my address issue. Honestly, they were great and it was nothing close to a spam company since I received my wobenzyn that I had been struggling to find in stock on other platforms. So perfect! I've been using Nutriential really well since 2021. There are a lot of premium vitamin brands here. First of all, I'm surprised that the shipping is fast. I live in New Jersey and usually get a delivery in 2-3 days after I order. Only one item I ordered once was out of stock, and I've received a refund, and all other than that, it's so perfect. Besides, sometimes the promo code they send me makes me so happy.

I have placed an order on 10th of… I have placed an order on 10th of March. They stated the product was in stock online (other sites did not have it online). I followed up 31st of March and they said the product was not in stock. I complained and asked for my money back. So far today, I have not had a reply, nor received a refund nor the product.

My guess is that the products are shipped from a warehouse in China or a similar location, which is why the shipping takes a long time. It altogether took three weeks for my parcel to arrive in Peru, after which it went missing. I sent an email to their customer support, and they advised me to contact customs. Customs told me that they didn't have my package, and after calling the local airport, I lodged a complaint with our local post office, who had previously claimed they didn't have my parcel. Today, I finally received my order. So, it's not a scam, but it does take a long time to arrive.
