No trust I wish I saw this site before I made my purchase to this company. I made an order in Mar.28,2024 the order number is 55571, and paid immediately 338.68USD. Just like same thing happened to others I never got anything until after I sent two emails, I got a long email back to explain and promise but nothing happened till now again. It has been almost a month I think I have to take some legal steps as obviously they ignored my request of refund in my last email. Just likely stealing money from my pocket. I wish everybody in good luck to make deal with this company.

Order stuck in Limbo I ordered a Douglas Laboratories DIM Enhanced supplement a few weeks ago, and although I was charged there has been no notification of shipment and now the product is listed as unavailable. I reached out to customer service for assistance and have received no response for days. Very frustrating as this supplement has helped me quite a bit.

Scam company - update You asked me to provide my order number - it's 54971, Maisie Joseph, I ordered physicians elemental drink - you would know this, because i have been emailing for weeks, so it's funny how you "can't find my details" LOOK IN YOUR INBOX FOR THE EMAILS UNASSISTED... Your support team is available 24/7? Funny that, as I have not received any sort of refund/response to where is my item, in weeks. Seems you only care about reviews, as I've got a response to my review, but no assistance with the emails I've been sending. The same email address that are on your site. So you are lying, there is no 24/7 customer service, there's not even customer service. The last response I got weeks ago was that, as it was in the UK apparently, I would have to attempt to locate/sort it - no idea where it is, to do so, and my local customs has got nothing, neither has my local or UK wide postal services. You said I might have to pay taxes, when I already paid for taxes in my order which totalled 192 dollars - again, I've had no request from anyone to pay taxes!!!!!! The product is 130, through a verified site, which I wish I would have gone with but didn't know they existed, you charged me 192 and then apparently are suggesting you didn't pay the taxes for it! I have no idea, I have received no item, no letter, nothing. For anyone thinking of this site, I urge you to look elsewhere, contact the exact manufacturer of the product you are looking for and ask them for verified suppliers.

SCAM DO NOT ORDER DO NOT ORDER, THEY ARE A SCAM! TLDR: 1. INCOMPLETE CUSTOMS DECLARATION = MY ORDER NEVER ARRIVED 2. THEY LIED ABOUT THE PRODUCT VALUE ON THE CUSTOMS DECLARATION, THAT IS TAX EVASION 3. THEY REPLIED TO MY EMAIL AT FIRST, BUT THEN GHOSTED ONCE I PROVIDED PROOF OF THEIR SCAM 4. Maybe they allow some orders to successfully go through, so that people keep falling into the mistake that *they* will not be scammed. Strange that there are somehow so many positive AND negative reviews.... ... TL: I wish I read these reviews before ordering over $100 in products internationally. A few weeks after my order, the customs authority in my country informed me that the package was seized because Nutriessential did not provide enough information on the customs declaration (which is illegal for a business to do). I was provided a copy of that customs declaration, which showed that Nutriessential also declared the contents to be valued almost one hundred dollars less than the actual value I paid for (that's tax evasion). I still have all this proof, have asked for a refund from my bank, and will report them for fraud. Of course I emailed them first to ask nicely for a refund, to which they replied the order was still on its way. Then I showed them proof that the order had been seized and provided proof from the customs authority that it was their fault for my order not arriving. That's when the email replies stopped. Who knows what they actual mail to people. I will never be able to confirm what they mailed. The products were very overpriced on their website, and are not available in my country, so I ordered anyway. Don't make my mistake.

So perfect! I've been using Nutriential really well since 2021. There are a lot of premium vitamin brands here. First of all, I'm surprised that the shipping is fast. I live in New Jersey and usually get a delivery in 2-3 days after I order. Only one item I ordered once was out of stock, and I've received a refund, and all other than that, it's so perfect. Besides, sometimes the promo code they send me makes me so happy.
