CARachel Rachel, I have already spoken to Victoria and have asked 4 times for a refund. I have purchased my supplies from another source and is expected to come in next week. That is how a business should run. Expectations should be met by clear communication. Your company has none of it. Please refund me. This will be my 5th time asking.

LBAsk about Ms. King Im here to thank nutriessental especially Ms. King At first, I was a bit confused and didn't understand the process. Ms. King reached out to me noting that she is the director and provided me a clear explanation due that the were late in replying coz of some issue they were facing. We exchanged lots of emails, but she ensured that my issue was addressed properly. I even had a call from someone called Kevin to double check on my address issue. Honestly, they were great and it was nothing close to a spam company since I received my wobenzyn that I had been struggling to find in stock on other platforms. A big thank you to Ms. King for her patience and I will definitely be ordering soon.

PEI ordered supplements worth nearly… I ordered supplements worth nearly $200, and it took two weeks until I received a tracking number from USPS. My guess is that the products are shipped from a warehouse in China or a similar location, which is why the shipping takes a long time. It altogether took three weeks for my parcel to arrive in Peru, after which it went missing. I sent an email to their customer support, and they advised me to contact customs. Customs told me that they didn't have my package, and after calling the local airport, I lodged a complaint with our local post office, who had previously claimed they didn't have my parcel. Today, I finally received my order. So, it's not a scam, but it does take a long time to arrive.

CAI ordered about a month ago and still… I ordered about a month ago and still no package. I tried to cancel my order but I haven't gotten a response. The last time I emailed I got an automated reply a week later. Don't order from this site.

GBScam company - update You asked me to provide my order number - it's 54971, Maisie Joseph, I ordered physicians elemental drink - you would know this, because i have been emailing for weeks, so it's funny how you "can't find my details" LOOK IN YOUR INBOX FOR THE EMAILS UNASSISTED... Your support team is available 24/7? Funny that, as I have not received any sort of refund/response to where is my item, in weeks. Seems you only care about reviews, as I've got a response to my review, but no assistance with the emails I've been sending. The same email address that are on your site. So you are lying, there is no 24/7 customer service, there's not even customer service. The last response I got weeks ago was that, as it was in the UK apparently, I would have to attempt to locate/sort it - no idea where it is, to do so, and my local customs has got nothing, neither has my local or UK wide postal services. You said I might have to pay taxes, when I already paid for taxes in my order which totalled 192 dollars - again, I've had no request from anyone to pay taxes!!!!!! The product is 130, through a verified site, which I wish I would have gone with but didn't know they existed, you charged me 192 and then apparently are suggesting you didn't pay the taxes for it! I have no idea, I have received no item, no letter, nothing. For anyone thinking of this site, I urge you to look elsewhere, contact the exact manufacturer of the product you are looking for and ask them for verified suppliers.
