Item arrived Apr 22, ordered Apr 5. Item is what I ordered and cleared International shipping etc. Once I got their attention they stood up and delivered.

That is how a business should run. Expectations should be met by clear communication. Your company has none of it. Please refund me. This will be my 5th time asking.

I live in New Jersey and usually get a delivery in 2-3 days after I order. Only one item I ordered once was out of stock, and I've received a refund, and all other than that, it's so perfect. Besides, sometimes the promo code they send me makes me so happy.

Ms. King reached out to me noting that she is the director and provided me a clear explanation due that the were late in replying coz of some issue they were facing. We exchanged lots of emails, but she ensured that my issue was addressed properly. I even had a call from someone called Kevin to double check on my address issue. Honestly, they were great and it was nothing close to a spam company since I received my wobenzyn that I had been struggling to find in stock on other platforms.
