Wypall brand wash cloth. The product is good. It is not quilted soft as I expected but it does a good job in washing and cleaning the skin. Not soft enought for a child skin however.

There are several types of underwear, but among the ones Kline sells, Prevail Per-fit, are perfect. They were the ones used in both the hospital and nursing facility and are the best for our needs. The adult washcloths, Pro+Care, are also available from Kline and can be ordered at the same time. Kline has received all the orders since this difficulty began and they've had the product at my door within 2 or 3 days. For a somewhat house bound care giver, this is perfect. Need to reference P.O. number on invoice When you checkout on line and choose to have an invoice you enter your P.O. number. However Kline never references that P.O. number on it's invoice which makes it hard to match up for payment.

Excellent Customer Service Kline's customer service is really outstanding. I had some trouble ordering from the website and they were great in getting the order in over the phone (with the online discount). Product was as ordered and arrived promptly.
