Need to reference P.O. number on invoice When you checkout on line and choose to have an invoice you enter your P.O. number. However Kline never references that P.O. number on it's invoice which makes it hard to match up for payment.

Outstanding & First Class!!! My wife requires a non-prescription medical supplement that was not available in our area. I found it online at Amazon and saw that it was "fulfilled" by Kline Medical Supply. On the Amazon website I could not find a shipping method other than "standard". I inquired through the Amazon site if there was a faster shipping method and was contacted by Michael Kline who is the owner at KMS. He explained to me the "process" of dealing with Amazon so now I order directly from KMS and Mike was kind enough to ship my most recent order via FedEx Ground since we live in the boonies of Colorado and our Post Office is not the best. I wish all online retailers were like KMS. They have secured my business. Thanks Mike.

Missing Medical Supplies While recently going over our tremendous medical expenses, I found that Kline Medical Supply charged us for something we never received. I admit it had been a while but I contacted them anyway. The amount was not much but several members of the Kline Family flatly refused to consider the matter, even though I sent them proof of purchasing the exact item a month later from someone else. One would think that a family in the healthcare supply business would be , at least, moderately compassionate to a customer who is terminally ill. I am insulted that they treated me like some kind of con man. The owner eventually said he could help us, but he wouldn't because I was disrespectful. I wonder how respectful Kline Medical Supply would be if the situation were reversed.
