A wonderful experience I've never be subjected to such professionalism, sincerity and trust as I have been for the past two years with Quantum. They genuinely are concerned with their customers needs-especially for us diabetics. The products that they offer are above and beyond "good". Ordered shoes from a fitter… Ordered shoes from a fitter representing no cost Shoes in early December. Fitter did not bother to measure my feet but assured me the shoe I ordered would fit. Shoes arrived too small and had to be sent back. An order for a replacement was made but according to the fitter, the shoes were not shipped with inserts. Finally learned this the day after Christmas as was told by fitter that shoes and inserts had to to delivered to me together. Called No Cost Shoes reps. in Florida in hope that they could expedite order so that they could be covered by my Medicare benefit for 2019 but when contacting fitter and telling him I had contacted No Cost Shoes customer service, he became rude and told me he ''DID NOT APPRECIATE ME CONTACTING HIS OWN CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE'' even thought I could not get an answer from him before doing do. Shoes were never delivered by end of year and my Medicare benefit was forfeited for the 2019 year. Customer service could only say they were sorry. Sad, will not deal with No Cost Shoes again.
