Great local pet store The owners are very friendly and engage with your pup while you're in the store. They were able to provide the products I needed, order the ones that weren't in store and offered some community resources for my dog. I'll be switching to The Happy Beast for my pet needs because of their friendliness and community feel!

They genuinely care I stopped in to buy a brush for my new cat and have quickly become a lifelong customer. Natalie, the owner, takes the time to learn about your pet and situation so she can recommend the best products, even if you don't ask her to! Her staff is super friendly and helpful. I had no idea I could put my kitty on a raw diet but she educated me and helped guide me through the process, which ended up being very easy. Definitely recommend!

The staff here are incredibly helpful The staff here are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. There are always a few cats and maybe a dog hanging out behind the counter/around the store. A great selection of the best kinds of foods for the animals we love.

I am trying to transition my senior cat… I am trying to transition my senior cat to wet food. The staff at The Happy Beast has been so helpful, especially since I have no idea whether he likes fish, or rabbit, or tuna. They have spent a lot of time asking questions and fine-tuning their suggestions. My cat is slowly getting used to the wet food which I am sure is in large part due to their help.

Excellent customer service, friendly vibe. The woman working was very friendly, knowledgeable about products, and delightful to engage conversation with. :) I enjoy their natural food products for feline wet food options.
