Having just upgraded 50 units across our mixed fleet after 5 years says that Surecam must be doing it right. Its a busy market place out there but you guys certainly stand out. From the ease of functionality and installation with the dashcams themselves to the simple but easily navigable software. Having these dashcams on our fleet have no doubt helped pull our insurance premium back to where we need them - more than a few times being used to bring 50/50 claims back into our favour or at worst countering bogus claims. Speed of downloads are superb. Multiple weekend installs never seem to be a problem and emails or queries - when they arise - are always answered promptly. Top quality customer service We have been using Surecam for over three years with currently more than 70 dashcam and tracker units in our fleet of vehicles. The units and platforms provide exactly what we require, but it's the quality of the customer service that stands out the most. All their team are extremely helpful and friendly, and if there are any queries or issues, they are resolved very quickly.

The product is easy to use and reliable and has been a real asset to the business. The service however is what really stands out.
