Wonderful experience So far my experience has been wonderful. Processing fees were just getting out of hand and instead of raising our overall prices , we started looking into zero processing companies. I ended up working out with Jonathan and he has been absolutely wonderful. Anytime I need him he is just one phone call or text message away. He has went out of his way to make sure that we are happy and I have absolutely zero complaints. I thought that I would have a lot of pushback from my customers but once they understand that we actually have to pay those fees we have had no issues at all. And of course we always give them the option to pay cash for discount. If you’re looking for zero processing company I strongly suggest you use this one and ask for Jonathan.

Finical has the best program I’ve seen in a long time I usually don’t leave reviews at all but I had to for these guys because they deserve some praise. I’ve been working with them since 2015 and I absolutely love their top notch live 24 hour customer support. If I have a problem I call and someone live picks up within seconds. The main reason I changed to Finical though is for the savings. If you like to save money I’ve been in the industry for over 20 years and I’ve shopped everyone out there and Finical by far has the best deal no question about it.
