This was my first purchase with ValuePetSupplies… This was my first purchase with Value Pet Supplies, but it certainly won't be the last. Ordering was easy, and my order was delivered very quickly. The packaging was excellent, and, Value Pet Supplies even included some samples for my dog to try. I ordered bully sticks for my Labradoodle, who is a very picky eater, and she gobbled the bully stick up. I am very pleased, and will be ordering more from this company.

Best prices and best service Best prices and best service! I have now shopped with them for 18+ months. There was a minor glitch with a recent order. A real person responded within ten minutes of my sending an email and my problem was solved to my complete satisfaction in less than an hour.

Would have given 5 stars but for a… Would have given 5 stars but for a couple of things. Very expensive when you have 5 dogs (small). Also the plastic around the piddle pad on the gigantic ones have to be hand-opened sometimes as they don't open all the way when you flick the PP. Very occasionally a piece of glue sticks to the piddle pad and you have to pull the pad apart. Lucky though to have ValuePetSupplies with these piddle pads.

An Awesome Pet Supply Company I have been buying from ValuePetSupplies for years. The family owned company is amazing. The staff is knowledgeable about all products, helpful, and friendly. I have always received my order in a timely manner with no mistakes. I have 2 Pekingese, 1 Cat and they are also extremely pleased with ValuePetSupplies.

Keep being awesome I wish every company would do business like you. A human being answers the phone within a ring or two and helps find exactly what you need all while maintaining a kind and happy attitude. Quite refreshing and sadly rare. Many thanks!
