Great product/huge value because these LAST Very fast shipping and communication about my order! I love the smoked retriever rolls from this company. It takes my aggressive chewer a full day or two to chew these up, compared to other store brands where it’s gone in an hour. Nice value when you can purchase s bunch at a time. I keep them in a plastic container and they stay fresh, Smoked flavor does not stain floors or carpet!

I forgot to enter my coupon code before I hit purchase. I emailed customer support and had a response and no questions refund within an hour! 100% recommend this company!!!

Would have given 5 stars but for a… Would have given 5 stars but for a couple of things. Very expensive when you have 5 dogs (small). Also the plastic around the piddle pad on the gigantic ones have to be hand-opened sometimes as they don't open all the way when you flick the PP. Very occasionally a piece of glue sticks to the piddle pad and you have to pull the pad apart. Lucky though to have ValuePetSupplies with these piddle pads.

Keep being awesome I wish every company would do business like you. A human being answers the phone within a ring or two and helps find exactly what you need all while maintaining a kind and happy attitude. Quite refreshing and sadly rare. Many thanks!
