GBImpressed Even though we agreed that I'm not in a place to need therapy, my tinnitus isn't bad, the information and suggestions from the Dr who gave me a free consult was invaluable. Thank you for caring about me as an individual and not trying to sell me something that you knew I didn't need. Just being listened to sometimes goes a long way! I will definitely recommend this company to others. Thank you!

GBMy Aud D Tracy always makes my… My Aud D Tracy always makes my experience great. I have been with Tracy for a long time. Before Treble Health at the SF Hearing and Speech Center. She had training with my original Audiologist - Malvina Levy who I saw for many years. I trust Tracy completely. She is always kind and very honest with me. I am so glad she is my doctor. GBLearn to "live well" despite your tinnitus! This is my second review of Treble Health and the services they provide to those struggling with tinnitus, like me. My audiologist, Dr. Ramsay Poindexter AuD, recently gave a presentation to Treble Health members covering Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) as it relates to managing tinnitus and hyperacusis. It was very impactful. So much so that Dr. Mark Partain AuD gave a second presentation on the subject two weeks later. I personally have had previous exposure to ACT and can affirm that their message is “right on”. The goal is to “live well” despite having tinnitus, not to become fixated on eliminating it or avoiding anything that makes you uncomfortable in the moment. Treble Health incorporates multiple therapies (including CBT and Mindfulness) into their overall approach…all provided by Audiologists who truly care about you and the quality of your life. I recommend them highly!
