GBMisleading marketing The customer service was fine. It was the misleading marketing that ticked me off. It says monthly payments on the website, but you end up paying full price upon checkout. I first thought that it was just showing the total id be paying in the next six month via monthly payments, but my statement showed otherwise. I have no problem paying the premium in full because it is low enough, but the fact that they had to trick consumers like that is not necessary. I would rather pay more on a business that is upfront with their customers. Insurance is supposed to give peace of mind, not the opposite.

GBEasy Sign-Up, Helpful Customer Service It was super easy to sign up for Prosight Fitness Insurance and get the coverage that I needed as a fitness instructor. I was, however, disappointed that my policy automatically renewed without receiving notification of the renewal ahead of time. (Perhaps an email was sent to the spam folder?) But when I called in to cancel my policy because I was no longer teaching fitness classes due to injury, I received immediate help and a refund on that policy.

GBPro sight has been the easiest business… Pro sight has been the easiest business insurance I have ever purchased. Access to your account to add select venues etc is very easy. All questions have been answered promptly from the CSR’s who are super friendly and efficient. Lastly their pricing is very competitive and a lot less than I was previously paying. Highly recommend this company, if only all other things in business went as smoothly as purchasing insurance from Pro Sight.
