So far so good So far so good never had to actually make a claim and I been with them almost a year but pretty easy to sign up and straight to the point

The insurance policy is a basic no… The insurance policy is a basic no frills coverage policy. I will assume that the coverage is good, but have never had to put in a claim. The ease of writing a rider is okay. I am not happy that auto renewal occurs in a pandemic with no work going on. A rebate may have been in order as no coverage was used or needed last year.

Very quick hassle free and the coverage… Very quick hassle free and the coverage I needed for my business, I went with these guys through recommendations of other DJs and so far I have not been disappointed . If only everything was as easy as prosight

Misleading marketing The customer service was fine. It was the misleading marketing that ticked me off. It says monthly payments on the website, but you end up paying full price upon checkout. I first thought that it was just showing the total id be paying in the next six month via monthly payments, but my statement showed otherwise. I have no problem paying the premium in full because it is low enough, but the fact that they had to trick consumers like that is not necessary. I would rather pay more on a business that is upfront with their customers. Insurance is supposed to give peace of mind, not the opposite.

Impressive Customer Service The buying experience was clear and easy. Before purchasing, I was in a chat with Casey Bowlby, who answered every question I had, directly and not in an around about way. I purchased that evening and still had another question, yet the chat was closed. To my surprise, Casey (the same rep from the day before) emailed and called me in the morning. I was very impressed with that level of customer service! Haven't had to file a claim, but my hope is that in the event I do, the process will be just as simple and clear.
