GB10/10 Recommend My dietician is so smart and reassuring. She's helping me heal my relationship with food! The app is easy to use and I appreciate that they manage the insurance garbage.

GBDieticians are great — business is shady though! I used nourish for my daughter for a few months. My dietician was fantastic, I can’t say enough good things about her. However, their billing and customer service lacks anything great. I used my insurance to pay, and here several weeks after my last visit they charged every single one of my copays (several hundred dollars worth) all at once, without even so much as a notice they were doing it. Instead of charging each week, like normal companies do, they charged them all at once when I cancelled my meetings. Seems extremely shady practice. I wasn’t even aware I had a copay, as I login to UHC it was under preventative so no copay was my understanding.

GBExcited I feel heard and that someone is finally trying to understand what may be causing my issues. Diet culture is too often harmful & that is not the case with Nourish & their care model. I'm excited for future visits and to make progress!

GBFrom feeling defeated to hopeful Having an unhealthy relationship with food all my life left me feeling shame and too embarrassed to ask for help. My therapist suggested Nourish and I knew right away it was the right thing for me. No judgement at all. Just education and support. Genuine effort to try and help me create a healthy relationship with food and learn about nutrition and how it effects my body. I am only 2 sessions in and the feeling of defeat is becoming less and less. Highly recommend. And my insurance pays 100%. Total win
