Whether you are starting a fitness journey, resetting some habits or exploring how you may need to change your diet based on age and hormonal changes, having a dietician you can meet with from the comfort of your home or office is stellar. It was easy to submit insurance information to determine if it was covered. There were regular reminders for upcoming appointments to help with rescheduling or canceling appointments in a timely way to avoid cancelation fees. The dietician I worked with listened, gave great advice and educated in an approachable and supportive way.
