Prostate Cancer In 2019, when I found out that I have a prostate cancer, it felt like this is it, it's coming to an end, my whole world crashed. After being down for a while I decided to fight, so in addition to the medical treatment plan I started online research of my own, trying to learn about the cancer and what could help. I always believed that food is the key for our health. So my focus was primarily on food and supplements derived from food that could help. Based on my research I started taking bunch of supplements still not knowing whether those supplements will do any good.
