Worst experience ever Worst experience ever. I ordered the at home allergy test JUNE 19th. I am writing this OVER A MONTH later with no order. I was so ecstatic to try this and finally find out what I was allergic to without going to a specialist. After ordering I only got a confirmation email and no updates at all. I emailed them about 2 weeks after ordering (since the order did say it would arrive in 7-10 business days) and asked where my order was and why it was so late. They responded with it was on delay because of a "high demand of orders" I understood that and kept waiting. Still no updates from them or tracking about where my packing was or when I would expect it. If I wouldn't have canceled my order I am confident I would have gotten it in the winter when my allergies are no longer a problem. Very unprofessional way to handle business.

Personalized, effective care Loved the personalization. The quiz was especially personalized, which took a little bit to get through but once done I was able to get a product that cleared up my sinuses at a much lower cost
