GBI bought a package from the spa in May… I bought a package from the spa in May 2019. I have had to cancel appointments because your laser machine has been broke for an entire month, and I haven’t heard anything updates about when it will be fixed. I’m also concerned about the treatments I’m getting since I have no improvement at all. The aestheticians give me different guidelines and protocols which don’t appear to be standardized. Not at all impressed. I’m rather disappointed and will not recommend this spa to anyone at this point.
