NZMissing an item and no one is emailing me back about it. No one is responding to my emails. First one sent just short of a month ago. I received my order but am missing a shirt! I have sent multiple emails, tried to reach through Facebook and Instagram as well. I can't call as it's a UK number and I'm in New Zealand and that costs. I just want a refund or for them to send me my missing shirt. Very disappointed in the ridiculous lack of communication.

GBOrdered a hoodie and it still hasn't… Shame my response to the company was only returned because of review. But I am willing to accept that covid-19 has caused a lot of delays. I'm glad I did get a response.
