Happy kitties!! Great information on when order was coming and informative emails. I put the beds together and set it down and one of my cats ran right inside! Love at first sight!! I received the 2 items in a timely… I received the 2 items in a timely manner, however one was damaged (missing a zipper). I reported it and have been told a replacement is being shipped and that I will receive an e-mail with tracking info however that e-mail has not yet been forthcoming. The one that had a zipper has been assembled and one of my cats loves it. The other still not too sure, yet. Maybe when he gets his own??
