GBI have always trusted the fact that… I have always trusted the fact that Ruthie would do what I needed. However, with the new owners, every little thing is an extra $97 on top of the extra charge. Which, even as an attorney I understand a mark up, but it is usually a 20% no more! Therefore, you actually get 3.5 stars!
