However, you might be wondering why the 1-star review. I will tell you we give it 1 star it's because, after the calculating was done we were told that we had to manually post it my mail after spending so much to get our taxes done. Putting us in unnecessary expenses of printing, local postal stamps, and registered mailing costs, envlopes. I had high expectations but, after this experience we encountered, I am very disappointed! I am not sure if we will file again with them next year!

They charge a lot money zero results… They charge a lot money zero results even if your company has negative ends. They don't help you when you don't pay before starting filling your taxreturn so they don't send you invoice with date payment. The company is 100% US but you don't receive money back and if you ask them they say you are not citizen!
