They are overall very friendly and helpful when we needed anything. Delivery is always fast, even back orders are sent as soon as they get the items in, which we never had to wait very long. Maybe a week for backorders. I love shopping at Outdoor Dog Supply, exceeds expectations every time!

Good company run by good folks! The collars I ordered are great. I first ordered these about four years ago and loved them. The reflective strip is super bright and the collars (and brass name plates) held up really well. Customer service is highly focused on their customers... I made a mistake on the order and did not realize it until after I had submitted it. I called customer service, and the lady quickly corrected the mistake for me. This is a good company run by good folks selling quality products.

Requested and paid for 2 day shipping… Requested and paid for 2 day shipping but for unknown reasons, the delivery was delayed and did not arrive for 5 days. Ordered a Garmin Delta XC dog collar and needed to use the longer contact pins but one of them was wedged into the tool for removing and inserting them. Had to wrap the screw with tape, put it in a vice and pry it apart. All works fine now, but just not as smooth of an order as expected.
