A great experience I absolutely love Rachel (my journey guide) She is great, so friendly and is so supportive. I think it's just great that they offer this service because it's much more anxiety friendly than going into a psychologist office. I also love the group aspect because it's a chance to make new friends, play some new video games and for someone quiet like me, other people to lead the conversation where I can chime in with my experiences and everything. It's just so much more comfortable than any office I've been into.

Lovely experience It has been lovely to meet with like minded people and have great, healing conversations without having to make eye contact and being able to do something with my hands. This is a great entry to group therapy.
