Disappointed with the syringes (I gave them 6 weeks to spawn, same environment I always use) and with the lack of communication when I advised I had an issue.

Will NOT ship or reply to an email. No phone number available. Ordered 2x before with no problems at all. Like everyone else I'm seeing recently, I ordered on the 27th and they have not shipped and will NOT reply to an email. Also note, I've been nothing but polite and kind with them. They have some "we refuse to reply to things in the faq" policy and I had emailed before seeing that because the payment process was absolutely bizarre. I thought it was just me til I saw everyone else's reviews. I can't even believe this. 😔 It's hard times right now and they are obviously exploiting it.

Fast, Easy, professional. They're fast when it comes to putting orders together and shipping them. Got what I ordered and alittle more A+ service, and the packaging was good too no spillage. I recommended them to my colleagues.

Go Somewhere Else Don't waste your time or money. It's probably a scam. I read over this company carefully before ordering and they seemed legit. The FAQ was a little bit of a red flag because they seemed to look for reasons to not respond or make things right with order issues. I made my order, did everything like I was supposed to using Cashapp. Then heard nothing. I emailed them asking for a confirmation that they received my money. All I got in response was an automated email saying they don't respond to anything that can be found in the FAQs. A month later. My order is still "on hold". I've reported them to Cashapp and requested a refund through the app. Pretty sure I'm just out the $20 but they should still be reported. I don't think anyone actually works there anymore. If they are, they're just taking money and ignoring orders. Don't waste your money.
