GBMade an order two weeks ago and never… Made an order two weeks ago and never have heard anything other than automatic bs email. I’m obviously not the first person to have this problem and has happend to others at previous times. Save yourself the stress and stick with spireworks. Awesome people and quick. They will actually talk to you if you need them.

GBGo Somewhere Else Don't waste your time or money. It's probably a scam. I read over this company carefully before ordering and they seemed legit. The FAQ was a little bit of a red flag because they seemed to look for reasons to not respond or make things right with order issues. I made my order, did everything like I was supposed to using Cashapp. Then heard nothing. I emailed them asking for a confirmation that they received my money. All I got in response was an automated email saying they don't respond to anything that can be found in the FAQs. A month later. My order is still "on hold". I've reported them to Cashapp and requested a refund through the app. Pretty sure I'm just out the $20 but they should still be reported. I don't think anyone actually works there anymore. If they are, they're just taking money and ignoring orders. Don't waste your money.

GBRecommend There was a delay in shipping my order, but they reached out to let me know it was due to a family emergency. Just received my order and everything looks well.

GBI understand they've had a family… I understand they've had a family emergency. I'm hoping they fill my order soon. They have contacted me once in regards to the order being late. Created a shipping label, then never shipped the product. I waited a few days to ask when it would be sent out and got no response.
