Great experience from day one From day one, the doctor and staff at Focused Adult have been very nice and extremely helpful, especially when my preferred medication was out of stock at my pharmacy. It is very easy to communicate with the staff, and I have appreciated their rapid response.

They are very patient, understanding, and from the beginning through several treatment adjustments over many months, have listened to all of my concerns and questions. At times they are very busy, and sometimes that makes it where they don't respond back immediately, but they will get back to you, always have with my experience so far, just be patient yourself.
