Better U: A perfect fit for me. Better U's program is a perfect fit for me. The cost is reasonable, the medication is great and support is readily available. After decades of antidepressants that didn't work, my very first session resulted in a noticeable improvement in mental clarity, focus and memory. Subsequent sessions have continued these improvements. I'm so grateful I found out about Ketamine therapy and Better U. I highly recommend Better U.

I wish they would be more open in their… I wish they would be more open in their advertising, and say boldly upfront who is automatically not a candidate. They make it seem like it can help anyone I was very excited to try ketamine therapy for chronic pain & anxiety. I do however consume alcohol. I am not an alcoholic but due to being a little over a mont out for a hip replacement I’m in a lot of pain & drink some wine at night to help that. For that reason I was not a candidate, but I wasted a ton of my time to find that out. This is all after they collected my payment. I’m glad they are thorough & safe. However, just a simple list of the automatic deal breakers *before you hand over payment, schedule televisits, download & sign paperwork, fill out questions & go through prep videos on their app would be nice. I wasted a lot of my time & hopes. Also, they felt accusatory as though they were slightly shaming me for drinking some wine at night. Who do they think seeks ketamine therapy? A perfectly happy balanced person? Not likely..most will have flaws to work on.

Better U changed my life Better U has been my positive shining light through the darkness and hardships of severe depression. Over the years, medication after medication not working, I was ready to give up. When I researched and heard about Better U I at last had some hope again. After being a patient with them for over a year I can now say my depression is nowhere near where it was and that for once I feel that it may be forever gone shortly. After one session I felt the results both mentally and physically. I finally had my old positive mindset back and still do thanks to Better U! Oh and talk about customer service, 10/10 team they have. Couldn’t recommend more!

After a few sessions, instead of looking for what's wrong in life, my perspective flipped to being in awe and humbled with gratitude. And now, instead of often waking in a cold sweat, I'm creating again, making plans and following through on difficult things I've avoided. Amazing I just want to thank Josh for going above and beyond for me. What started as a “ I’m stuck!!” SOS I sent out to him led me into an amazing session. He recognized exactly what I was trying to express and guided me into what I can only describe as a purge. What an amazing weight lifter, and more importantly, understood. Im excited for this journey. What started out as an “ end of my rope” decision has become an open path. Thank you will never be enough.
