No follow up on their end, what a joke this place has become!! Called and emailed like they said in the rebuttal they gave to my review....and they put me on hold several times and have not answered my email. This place is rapidly going downhill. Do not go here. There are other programs for first responders.

A rehab you can trust I finally found a rehab I could trust to take great care of my family. My son has been to three other places with supposedly great reputations over the last 5 years and FHE was the only one that actually did everything it promised. The staff is professional and they genuinely care. My son is doing well and enjoys keeping in touch with the alumni program. I would recommend FHE to anyone who is looking for quality care.

I came in with several medical issues as well which were taken into account and they helped me see specialists for. You can tell they care and it's not just about a paycheck for them, there's something different about this place. I couldn't be more grateful for my experience.
