GRRevolutionizing Trauma Recovery: A Game-Changer for Mental Health In the wake of enduring the profound challenges of CPTSD and the subsequent onset of full-blown PTSD, my journey to recovery took an unexpected turn. As a seasoned psychotherapist, I navigated traditional methods, from psychotherapy to alternative treatments like acupuncture, homeopathy, and EFT, yet the persistent hyper-vigilance remained an unyielding force. Faced with bursts of anger and an utter lack of emotional regulation, I found myself in a state of helplessness and despair. Despite having exhausted numerous avenues, the elusive solution seemed to materialize in the form of virtual EMDR. Unable to secure a therapist for traditional EMDR, I turned to this innovative approach. Following the self-help protocol, a remarkable transformation occurred within a mere week—I regained a sense of self. This program is not just a recommendation; it's a revelation for both self-help enthusiasts and fellow therapists. Its simplicity, efficacy, and accessibility make it a groundbreaking tool that transcends the boundaries of traditional therapy. As I delve into addressing traumas unresolved over two decades of therapy, virtual EMDR stands as an invaluable asset, catalyzing healing in ways previously unimaginable. It's a testament to the transformative power of this tool, reshaping the landscape of mental health practices for practitioners and seekers alike.

GBI love this program and use it often I love this program and use it often, at least a few times per week to help me deal with anxiety. I use the EMDR with headphones on and thinking about (this is called process on the website) the stuff that I am scared of that's coming up in my day or the next few days. I then use the EMDR a second time for a few minutes and think about how I want to feel instead of anxiety. It works really well for me this way.

GBIncredible Service To Change Your Life I have been using EMDR for over 15 years, in various settings (both with a therapist and by using other, self-guided experiences. I found Virtual EMDR in 2024 and used it for 30 days. I was very impressed with the ability to change settings and keep a record of my experiences, directly on the web site. The interface is very user friendly and intuitive, even if you have never had a session. I was able to attack issues that I wanted to work on, as well as those that were released from deep within my psyche (by virtue of the intense experience provided and how it allows the brain to open itself to connected trauma). I am so grateful for the various ways that Virtual EMDR was able to help me with anxiety and CPTSD (and PTSD) from across my lifetime. It was life-changing and a service that I intend to harness for personal growth throughout the next few years of my life. I feel better, emotionally, than I have in a very long time, due to trauma I have been able to release using Virtual EMDR. Finally, the value of multiple sessions for a very reasonable price is incredible. The monthly cost to use this service would not even cover one session with my old EMDR therapist. SO very grateful for this!
