A notice of shipment, which arrived in a very timely manner, & as well as a delivery notification. Plus, a kind email thanking me for my review. Kindness & Gratitude never go out of style, and neither does Great Customer Service, and I received all of the above. I’ll definitely be a return customer.

Their customer service is outstanding and the product us perfect for my babies, especially my 14 year old! They always follow-up and make sure your are perfectly satisfied withe the product!

There was a slight defect in the ramp I… There was a slight defect in the ramp I brought for my mini dachshund. I felt that the reviewed my concern and immediately provided several options. They were great about making sure I chose the option that was best for me and I was totally impressed and happy with the results.

Too many emails & your biscuits aren't good. I purchased 1, single bag of their dog biscuits and I received 9 emails related to the purchase. That's about 7 too many. In addition, my dog ate 4 biscuits then lost interest. I left another one out for him and my dog expressed his dislike for the biscuits by throwing-up the biscuit. Now I have a nice green stain on my off-white carpet. I will never purchase another product from Alpha Paw again.
