I hope I'm treated with more respect next time. The counselor I saw after the appointment was nice and seemed to care about the experience I had when I came in. The second I walked in the door of the office the secretary started raising her voice and being super rude and confrontational. This happened a few different times in the fifteen minutes I waited for the doctor. She was totally disrespectful and unprofessional. I've never been treated so poorly in a medical facility, a place I went to get help. When I related the story to other clients of this facility they told me that I am far from the only one who has been treated this way by her. Other than that my experience was fine.

I've been coming here for over a year… I've been coming here for over a year and it's been a great help . From the greeting I receive walking in until I am walking out the door I feel very comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone who has a problem to come here and experience it for themselves. My experiences have been positive My experiences has been positive overall. Some of the other clients are difficult to deal with but most are fine. I do see a lot of clients with masks below their noses and hear a lot of complaining about having to wear them. The staff never seem to remind people that masks are required by the state to protect one another. Trust science! Science wins!! Other than that I really like the staff and the doctor. I appreciate what you guys are doing for opiate addiction and am grateful for your services and this medication. It has changed my entire life!!

I am looking to obtain records from… I am looking to obtain records from Recovery Connections. I need my drug test results in order to get my license back.Ive left voice mails over and over again and nobody will return my call.Honestly if I knew the company they were using maybe I could reach out to them? Did anybody have any luck getting ahold of anyone from recovery connections? Who's handling these situations? I want my records.

One of the best things I've done in a long time!! Dr. Friedman is the best! This facility is great, bright, cheerful and welcoming. It operates like a well-oiled machine. Making the transition here from another facility was seamless. I felt very welcomed and cared for, so grateful I've stayed in contact with Dr. Friedman, his dedication to his patients is so wonderful! I made a great move!
