Call them, you won’t regret it!! I’ll admit at first I thought this was a scam because I found them through a sponsored ad on my FaceBook timeline, but I decided to find out for myself. I will tell you that it’s the best decision I have made for my mental health. The very first time I spoke to one of the coaches, I was having extreme insomnia and anxiety. The very first call, he gave me advice and some things to try so I can sleep better that night. He literally called to check on me the next morning and I had slept 9 hours straight! That, made me a believer. What’s amazing about them is that they’re not just people that are trying to get money by setting up calls with people. They’re actually people just like all of us.
