Baton took a look at our financials, gave us an in-depth valuation of our business for free, and told us that we should be able to secure financing due to our monthly revenues. Through the "Grow" arm of their business, their Head of Partnerships Mark was able to connect us with some financial firms that he felt would be a good fit for our funding needs. We were able to quickly secure a $60k true LOC that now gives us some flexibility when managing our cash flow. I would highly recommend working with the Baton team. Everything from onboarding to the Valuation Report delivery to the partner connection was an incredibly smooth/insightful experience and I didn't have to pay anything for their service or time. GBI was a customer of Baton I was a customer of Baton. I can tell you first hand about my experience. Let me preface this by saying that I had contracted a local broker for about a year and a half who did practically nothing to sell my business. I came across Baton and had some hesitancy because they promised a lot. I went ahead and signed with them and was told they would have multiple fair offers on the table and would likely close within six months. Needless to say I was a bit skeptical.
