It was a good experience the counselors… It was a good experience the counselors are wonderful I just don't like their billing and their pricing Is not bad but the way they bill it takes it too long to figure out what you owe They need to do better with their billing structure their typical medical type billing crap is horrible not structured well at all.That being said It was a good experience and kept me on the straight path.5 star counseling 3 star billing .

LR was great until they sold LR was great until they sold. They took my $1000 deductible which should have covered my treatment throughout 2024, knowing that they were selling, and then abandoning me and most of my group members bc of where we live. They will be hearing from my attorney and i suspect many others

I had been in a vicious cycle of… I had been in a vicious cycle of relapse/abstinence after in-patient rehab for about 18 months. With Lionrock’s help, today I have 405 days. I didn’t think online recovery would work as well, but it actually worked better, in part because of Lionrock’s approach and people. Kathleen and Sarah and the members of my group helped change my life entirely. They helped me uncover why I drank — what purpose it served for me — and what I could do instead to get those needs met. 1Lionrock negligence 1. With 2 days remaining group leader did not allow me to give my final presentation. I forced myself into the group to give my lesson. 2. At night I called another patient because I had not slept for 3 days. Other patient reported falsely that I relapsed to drinking. Group leader believed her and reported me to my counselor who was quiet during our next meeting saying very little. 3. Lionrock has not responded to my letter for more info for Medicare in violation of federal law.

Lionrock is an incredible orginization Lionrock is an incredible orginization. I have been put through numerous different therapy programs and Lionrock out does them all. They helped me through a very large transition in my life. Their counselors both in group and individually really helped me gain insight that I will use forever. -Brandon
