Absolutely great experience Two new fish, a powder brown tang and a one-spot rabbitfish. They are absolutely wonderful. The folks at TSM were wonderful, too. First, they held onto the tang for months while I wasn't ready for it. They also took a pre-order for the rabbitfish knowing that they could get one although they didn't have it yet. All the while, communication was excellent.

I ordered a Flameback Angelfish from… I ordered a Flameback Angelfish from TSM and couldn't be happier. The fish came delivered in excellent shape. The water temperature when I received the package on a cold Michigan day was 78 degrees (Perfect). The fish was packaged in a large amount of water and breathing easily. Good looking specimen!

Couldn't be more pleased with the two… Couldn't be more pleased with the two wrasses I ordered from TSM. I've never seen better shipping packaging. Very large bags of water in a very large, protected box. Both fish are great representatives of their species and were fat and healthy....not to mentioned fully quarantined(not a simple two week observation but a true QT procedure). Both ate within an hour of acclimation and are doing great!

TSM healthy fish And willing to help I ordered 2 borbonius Anthias and there was some misunderstanding with the delivery and I got the fish few hours later than supposed to . They were very stressed when I got them . TSM understood the situation and assured me that if anything happened to the fish they were willing to work something out beyond the normal guarantee. I am glad they look at every situation individually before making a decision. The fish are both fine anyway.

Healthy livestock, great customer service. I am very pleased with my order and the customer service provided by TSM Aquatics. Before placing my order, I contacted TSM Aquatics because I wanted to make sure my order will be shipped after a specific date due to my vacation plans. TSM Aquatics team was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The livestock (Blue Hippo and Foxface Lo) arrived carefully packed, fat, and healthy. After proper acclimation, I moved them to separate observation boxes inside my DT, and they have readily accepted nori and frozen Mysis right away. They are in DT now, healthy and eating well.
