Excellent service!! This was a lifesaver for my child when no local care was available! Provider was knowledgeable, caring, a great listener and took the time to discuss all concerns. Appointments are available same day or next day if needed. It is comforting knowing you can get access to a provider fairly quickly. Very thankful for Dr. Kidane!!

Be Weary of Judgement I booked an evaluation, to get a second opinion and possibly more insight into my brain. I reached out at a time when I needed advice about my path forward after a very serious panic attack. I was extremely honest about my medications, what happened during the panic attack and my history going back 5 years to show that this is something that does happen. The evaluation was pure judgement, the doctor was VISIBLY judging me, verbally judging me and I walked away with a sense of … failure, on my part.

They took my money and ran They took my money and left me waiting in the virtual waiting room for close to 2 hrs, even after it said there was no one else in the waiting room and I was next in line. I tried messaging, I tried emailing, all with no luck 😭 What a nice bs response. Their website said there were 2 providers available with no one in the waiting room. If there was no one available, then why say there is??

Major Disappointment After COVID I’ve had great treatment during COVID when the nurse practitioner’s were able to treat across state lines. Treatment then stopped after the expiration of COVID to treat across state lines because the nurse practitioner’s are not licensed in my state. I was advised by a nurse practitioner as long as they are licensed in New York, I can have a virtual appointment as long as I am in New York for the appointment while changing my pharmacy to a New York pharmacy. After two hours of waiting in the Port Authority, I was denied treatment because I was told it goes by state residency. If that were the case I would not have scheduled an appointment. False and confusing information by this group without a response from my nurse practitioner regarding what I was told and what had actually happened. Very disappointed.

Very good, Well Worth the Money Very good/Excellent! Very good service and very smart clinician. Where I live (rural) we have a very acute shortage of clinicians in general and almost no psych med prescribers at all. It is very inconvenient to have to drive 50 miles (~100+ round trip) to see a psych med doctor once a month, or even every 3 months, for my meds. I literally have no free time. I am a full-time student and work part-time to full-time at my wife's business. Virtual Psych has solved my time and travel problem. Yes, you have to pay cash and it is not cheap. But you get what you pay for. THANK GOD for DEMOCRACY and THE FREE MARKET and CAPITALISM and MODERN TECHNOLOGY!!!
