I had a very poor experience with a different online enneagram provider and made the mistake of providing my negative review for enneagramuniverse.com. ITResolved but it needs improvements After some days my last review, finally I got an answer to my email. I could explain my thinking about the content of the web page and I received the refund. However, I give four stars for the long wait to receive a reply to my email and because I'm not very satisfied for the general experience, but the person who write me it seemed kind and pleasant and I like it. I'll change if I'll see some improvements.
