Love when I find a treatment center that actually cares about the patient first! This place is amazing! Thank you for all you do and helping my best friend in getting back up on his feet. Super grateful... highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone looking to break free from their addiction :-)

Great alternative to 12-Step programs. I attended Passages almost five years ago and personally found the experience transformational. The staff, the program, and the setting were all very conducive to my recovery. While I don't think anyone will have much success without the right frame mind and dedicated effort, the approach at Passages was just what I was looking for after being underwhelmed by the 12 Steps. Although I did have one brief slip shortly after leaving, I was able to right the ship quickly and have been sober over four years now. I believe my time at Passages was instrumental to my new way of living.

Life Saver Having viewed Passages dynamic social media page I was excited to learn more. After making a 5 minute call I was surprised at how easy it was thanks to an extremely accommodating intake staff. Attending Passages was the best decision I've ever made and recommend it to anyone suffering from depression, trauma, dependency, or any issue that has removed you from being your TRUE self. The worst place possible The worst place possible. My 1st night there I did not get my meds because they forgot. That a common theme. Nurses at malibu seem bothered when they have to do there job, not all theres 2-3 good ones. There is no 24hr DR. You see doc once a week if lucky and if you really beg you can get your meds filled. Which now unless it's a controlled substance you uber yourself to get em. I went in on 1 med came out on literally 10meds. Food is good, that's honestly all I can say positive. Place is showing its age. Literally falling apart. They sold one therapy center and are selling one of the sober houses. I do not recommend this place due to the fact everytime I needed meds I had to literally give a week notice, then pretty much do all follow up myself to get it filled. They forget everything all day long. I was in the sober house too. 20client house with 1 worker on shift most of time. If you need something you get an uber. Hippa violations like crazy. There were 2 med sheets left right on a desk where I was taking my meds fully open to read. Shop around you can do much better than this for 80k a month. Actually they kick u out at 28 days for faster rotation.
