Scam artists. Sh** customer service Ad popped up, I was curious to see how much it was. Trying to see if it was CAD or USD and I signed into my PayPal to just see if there were any hidden fees. Next thing I know, I get a confirmation of purchase and PayPal won't even refund me. This app is a scam, had I read reviews prior to even considering it, I never would have clicked on the damn app. Now I'm $82 out and the customer service says sorry, no refund. I didn't even agree to the purchase you scumbags.

A few tweaks to make it great I've only used for a few days but it's been good so far. I have noticed that on my Android, when I click on the notification 'how are you' there seems to be a glitch which means the apps page keeps restarting until I force close it. I'd also say that the symptoms and factors need a bit of explaining. It took me a while to realise what they are for. If I add my own factors, they are there for a day to select but disappear again the next day. It would be good if one could make a selection which then is available every day. It's a good little app which just needs a few tweaks to make it great.

I really like the app and I am enjoying… I really like the app and I am enjoying it. Excited to learn more about it. My only disappointment is that I have had two onboarding visits scheduled and no one showed. If it weren't for that I would probably have given 4-5 stars.

I would agree with ALL bad reviews I would agree with ALL bad reviews. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL company. I too completed the test, subscribed for Personal Plan. Literally, was never able to access subscription. Emailed immediately. They also refused to Refund despite evidence. DO NOT PURCHASE!

SCAM! They take money even after “cancelling” your subscription I found this app to not be useful so I cancelled my subscription with effecto through email! The staff assured me my subscription was “successfully” cancelled and that I would no longer be charged however I recently noticed money missing from my bank account and found that they have been taking money every 3 months anyways! I was extremely frustrated as I had no idea and had no reason to believe I was going to be charged by this company ever again. Never go near this app! I hope to get refunded after this whole mess.
