Branden is an amazing M&A advisor Branden is an amazing M&A advisor. I had a 1on1 consultation with him and it was very informative. He answered all my questions ( I had tons of them) and gave me insights about how I could leverage my operational skills (being an eCom agency owner) to find and partner up with investors who actively look for operators. One more thing I liked, is that he's not the one who just tells you what you want to hear, but rather someone who will give you the truth about how you should go about doing things. I was initially thinking that I wanted to exit my agency for a bit of cash to fund my eCommerce acquisitions but he convinced me that I should probably think a bit bigger and partner up with deal makers (investors) and leverage the agency to operate and grow the eCom brands I'd be acquiring.
