GBReview of the assistance for the renewal of my policy I responded to the voicemail message on my land line as soon as I arrived at home. James Testerman answered and I told him that I was responding to the message. He explained to me that my policy is about due for renewal. I requested for assistance for a lower premium with same coverage. He quickly searched and found a provider with affordable premium and identical coverage. We went through the application process online. James was patient with me because I informed him that I was upset last year due to the Underwriter's issues. Anyway, the situation is different today. I really appreciate James assistance. We will be expecting the approval of my application in a few days, and I hope that all will be well.
