Well prepare and not pushy Spencer was great, did not rush and took his time to explain the different options. He talked me through setting up payments and consulted on when I need to sign up for the different coverages I will need by the time I retire.

Applying for Medicare Supplement My advisor was Alyssa Fernandez. She was helpful in answering all my questions and getting back to me in a timely manner. Review of the assistance for the renewal of my policy I responded to the voicemail message on my land line as soon as I arrived at home. James Testerman answered and I told him that I was responding to the message. He explained to me that my policy is about due for renewal. I requested for assistance for a lower premium with same coverage. He quickly searched and found a provider with affordable premium and identical coverage. We went through the application process online. James was patient with me because I informed him that I was upset last year due to the Underwriter's issues. Anyway, the situation is different today. I really appreciate James assistance. We will be expecting the approval of my application in a few days, and I hope that all will be well.
