If there are any problems or issues with the order, they let you know immediately. They let you know if you are ready for a refill or if you need to upload a new prescription.

Great Prices and Service! The prices are great, the phone service is excellent. My only suggestions are that when I clicked "Refill" for one of my medications on my medications list, there was no prompt for what to do next. I clicked on various tabs and couldn't figure out how to proceed with the order. I finally clicked on the cart tab and finished the order. It would be helpful if, after clicking "Refill" on the medications list, a prompt appeared telling me to click on the cart icon to complete the order.
