The sound of competence This is the most remarkable pharmacy organization that I have ever encountered. From the moment your call is answered you know you are speaking to someone who knows what she is doing--from the intro remarks to the history you gave in the past, the nuances about the medications, etc., etc. It is so much nicer than working with an American drug store chain and its half-trained staff. Keep up the good work. You can't begin to know how much you are apreciated.
