GBRUN AWAY! There are Better Choices. TMD Hosting has become an Absolute NIGHTMARE!!! I was with GoDaddy for years. When I came to TMD they were awesome. Years later, they are an absolute joke. Slow website loads - I have multiple websites, one which is sloow to load; another which failed to load regularly; yet another wherein my domain expired but I failed to know. One word: unstable. I want stability with my businesses. Email instability - due to customer support inaccurate server settings. The "customer support" is a ticket system and the support is horribly slow. We're talking days!! You will never speak to someone or chat with someone live. Bottom of the bucket, circling the bowl, and absolutely horrible. And then!! the "support" always pushes the issues back on you. Like it's your fault. It cost me more to switch; a major inconvenience; had to rebuild multiple website - and I uunequivocally made the right decision. With so many choices out there, there are better options. Waay better options. I am at a2 and happy as he!!... Run. Don't walk. Run away...

GBOutstanding support! We decided on TMD hosting after it was recommended to us by a colleague. We have always found them helpful and supportive. Despite having our own tech specialist on board, we couldn’t work out how to resolve a couple of problems when upgrading our Moodle platform. We were struggling with the Maria Database for Moodle – TDM’s team helpfully suggested that the platform needed migrating to a new server, which they took care of for us overnight. We also needed help resolving a PHP limit. Their software’s response suggested they would sort it in a day to two, but it was resolved in lightning-quick time – less than an hour! We cannot recommend them highly enough!!
