The packaging and the time it took to… The packaging and the time it took to arrive was both great and amazing, I just wish they would keep some of my favorite items in stock. They have unfortunately been out of stock of the same two items I purchase every month but have been out for the last 8 months or longer which is unfortunate. Fortunately Mikhail the HR/owner directly contacts me when or if the products ever becomes available so to go out of his way to do so says alot about their customer service as well! Thank you!
